VORSETTA — SHIPPING POLICY
1. General Shipping Information All orders placed through the official Vorsetta website are
processed and dispatched through trusted courier partners. We ship both within the UAE and
internationally. Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, it is considered final and
moves into processing.
2. Processing Time Standard processing time: 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or
limited-edition launches, processing times may vary. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent
upon shipment.
3. Shipping Times UAE Deliveries: 1–3 business days. International Deliveries: 5–10 business
days. Delivery timing may vary depending on customs or courier factors.
4. Tracking Your Order You will receive a tracking link and courier details once your order ships.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders do not include customs duties or taxes.
These charges depend on your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Vorsetta is not liable for
customs delays. UAE orders incur no additional duties beyond checkout.
6. Delivery Address Responsibility Customers must ensure delivery address accuracy. Vorsetta is
not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability, or re-delivery fees.
Responsibility transfers to the courier once dispatched.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact
the courier first using tracking details. Then email info@vorsetta.com for further support. Claims
may require verification from the courier.
8. Pre-Order Shipping Pre-orders have estimated delivery windows that may vary depending on
production timelines. All pre-orders are final and non-cancellable. Customers will be notified once
pre-orders ship.
9. Multiple Items in One Order We may ship items together or separately, depending on availability
and logistics.
