manufacturing defects when no repair or replacement is available. Non-defective items are not

8. Warranty All watches include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering verified manufacturing
defects and mechanical faults not caused by misuse. Exclusions include accidental damage, wear
and tear, cosmetic issues, and unauthorized repairs.
9. Accuracy of Descriptions Vorsetta strives for accuracy, but small-batch production and lighting
variations may result in minor differences. These are not considered defects.
