SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are placed directly through our official website.
Once an order is submitted and payment is completed, it immediately enters our processing queue.
For limited Founder’s Edition batches, pre-orders secure your
allocation before production completion. Every piece is produced in controlled quantities and
shipped in the order received.
No. Founder’s Edition models are produced in strictly limited
batches and will not be restocked once sold out.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes. Vorsetta ships worldwide through trusted express couriers.
UAE: 1–3 business days International: 5–10 business days
Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.
No. Import duties, VAT, and taxes depend on your country and are
the buyer’s responsibility.
WARRANTY, RETURNS & SUPPORT
All Vorsetta watches include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
covering verified manufacturing defects and mechanical faults not caused by user damage.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, strap aging, scratches, water
misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Returns are strictly limited to cases of verified manufacturing defects.
This applies especially to limited-edition pieces. Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or
refunds.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Purchases are final. Refunds are only considered in cases of
verified manufacturing defects after inspection.
Exchanges are accepted only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Non-defective items cannot be exchanged.
