VORSETTA — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the sale is final. Orders
cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. This applies to standard orders, pre-orders, and
limited-edition releases.
2. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only in the case of verified manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing defects include mechanical malfunction or structural issues not caused by misuse.
This does NOT include scratches, accidental damage, strap wear, cosmetic dissatisfaction, or
normal wear and tear.
3. Limited-Edition Policy For limited Founder’s Edition runs, returns are strictly limited. Only verified
manufacturing defects qualify. Non-defective limited-edition pieces cannot be returned or
exchanged.
4. Inspection & Verification Process If you believe your watch has a manufacturing defect: – Email
info@vorsetta.com with your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description.
Our team will review within 5–7 business days. – If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Once inspected, the item may be repaired or replaced. – If no defect is found, the item will be
returned to you with no refund or exchange.
5. Refunds Refunds are issued only if: – A manufacturing defect is verified AND – A replacement is
not available. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. No refunds are issued for
non-defective items, courier delays, customer handling damage, or pre-order impatience.
6. Return Shipping Costs If a defect is confirmed, Vorsetta covers the return and replacement
shipping. If no defect is found, the customer covers all shipping costs.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund – Watches without proven manufacturing defects – Worn,
damaged, or tampered items – Straps, packaging, and accessories – Pre-orders once
manufacturing begins – Any non-defective limited-edition watch
