1. Warranty Coverage Period All Vorsetta watches come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty
starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and
mechanical faults not caused by user misuse.
2. What the Warranty Covers Warranty covers internal movement malfunctions, factory assembly
issues, and structural defects present at the time of delivery. These qualify only after verification by
the Vorsetta support team.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover The warranty does not cover accidental damage, impacts,
misuse, water exposure beyond intended use, scratches, strap aging, cosmetic wear, unauthorized
repairs, modifications, or tampering. Loss or theft is not covered. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
4. Limited-Edition Warranty Considerations Limited-edition Founder’s Edition watches follow the
same 1-year warranty. If a replacement is needed and the model is sold out, a repair will be offered.
Refunds are considered only if a defect is verified and no repair option exists.

photos/videos of the issue, and a short description. – Our team reviews claims within 5–7 business
days. If approved, return instructions will be provided. After inspection, the watch will be repaired or
replaced depending on availability. If no defect is confirmed, the item is returned with no refund or

6. Shipping Responsibility for Warranty Claims If a defect is verified, Vorsetta covers
repair/replacement shipping. If no defect is found, the customer covers all shipping costs.

support or recommended service options depending on region.
8. Warranty Validity Requirements Warranty remains valid only if: – Watch is not opened or repaired
by unauthorized technicians – Proof of purchase is provided – Serial number (if applicable) is intact
